To participate in the e-tendering process of MPPMCL, the Bidder has to enroll online in the portal

Valid and working Email id should be used for creating login id.

They should purchase Digital Signature with encryption certificates from authorized CA. To know more about Digital certificate, kindly refer to Digital Certificate Guide section in the portal.

Extreme precaution should be taken while registering your DSC with your login id. Once DSC is mapped with one E-mail id/Login id, it can't be mapped with any other E-mail id/login id.

Whenever your existing signature or encryption certificate gets expired(which is already registered with your login at MPPMCL ERP) you have to get new certificates and get it registered again at MPPMCL ERP before participating a new RFQ/RFP as your old certificates are no longer valid.

Once the details are filled and submitted, login credential to access MPPMCL e-Tendering Application will be sent in the email provided during registration.

Please upload the correct document during registration.

Should have online options enabled with Bank account for online Payments during bidding process.

To access MPPMCL e-Tendering application, few client applications are required, which can be downloaded from Download section of e-Tendering page.
